• The Old Road Online Administration will not intervene in disputes involving harassment, scams, or losses caused by other players through normal in-game interactions, trading, or chat.

• You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Old Road Online is not responsible for hacked accounts, scams, stolen items, or problems caused by sharing your account with other people. We strongly recommend using a unique password and enabling the Character Lock feature.

• If suspicious activity is detected on your account, including the use of unauthorized software, virtual machines, modified DLL files, or other prohibited tools, your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. You may be required to provide evidence from your system to verify ownership and regain access.

• All purchases, donations, and payments made to Old Road Online are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

• Old Road Online reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if the user is found to be damaging the reputation of the server, violating these Terms, exploiting the game or its systems, or engaging in harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior either in-game or on third-party platforms.

• Old Road Online reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
